Below are are images taken from the 3D manufacturing of a C02 jet car
body. This process modeled 3D machining will be used to demonstrate for
young people to see what local industry is not only capable of, but applying
here and now.

The car body has been designed with CAD (computer aided design) software. Below
are the images of the solid models which will be used later to create all the
tool paths
CAM (computer aided machining) software is used to lay all the tool paths
that are necessary to create the car body.
Paper prints are used for reference only with very few
dimensions given. With process modeling, there is no need for highly
details prints.
3D milling equipment is used to machine the cars exterior.
Here we are milling the nose cone area.
